About file formats:  A number of these resources are available for download in Microsoft Word or pdf formats.  MS Word files may be edited on your computer.  Portable document Files (pdf) produce an exact image of the document, which cannot be edited.  Pdf files can be read by Adobe Acrobat Reader.  To download a free copy, click the link below.
